Located in Orlando, Florida, the Private Villa at Bay Hill is an exemplary fusion of contemporary luxury and harmony with nature. Designed by Brooks Design and awarded an Honorable Mention in the Residential Category at the Ceramics of Italy Tile Competition 2026, this project features Ceramiche Keope's Moov Grey porcelain tile collection as the defining element in creating a fluid, seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces.

To blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor environments, the design embraces the minimalist rigor and contemporary aesthetic of concrete-look porcelain stoneware. The Moov Grey shade—selected in the expansive 48" × 48" (1200 × 1200 mm) format with a 9mm thickness and Matte finish—covers the entire interior living area. This neutral, refined surface enhances natural light and expands the space, providing a cohesive, elegant backdrop that highlights the interior design while connecting visually with the Florida landscape.
Keope’s material versatility ensures complete stylistic continuity into the open air: the same Moov Grey tone extends across the exterior terraces, patio, and pool deck using 48" × 48" tiles in a 20mm extra-thick Grip finish. The architectural harmony is completed by custom-fabricated Moov Grey pool coping, tailored specifically to maintain material unity along the water's edge. Coupled with accent mosaic details, Keope's porcelain surfaces deliver a sophisticated aesthetic alongside superior slip resistance, durability, and weather resistance.
